      To be a candidate you must:

• Be 25 years of age or older.
  

• Well groomed
  

• Self-motivated
  

• Outgoing / friendly with good customer service skills
  

• Have good verbal communication skills
  

• Be able to work flexible hours with possible Nationwide,Regional and Local over night driving,  weekends, or holidays
  

• Have a clean driving record
  

• Currently hold a Class A or B C.D.L. with Passenger and Air Brakes Endorsements and one year minimum driving experience with same CDL Endorsments.
  

• Pass D.O.T. physical, drug screen, and thorough F.B.I. back ground check
  

• Be able to lift and load luggage 50lbs over your head and assist passengers on and off the
  motorcoach safely.
  

• Have good geographical knowlege and map reading skills with knowledge of the
  St.Louis metropolitan area, metro east area and surrounding regional area.
  

• Be able to complete the Vandalia Bus Lines Inc. and International Motorcoach Group
